Delivery area

We deliver within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process before the order is placed on a binding basis.

Returns

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping and is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Delivery time

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 2–5 business days within Germany.

For deliveries to other countries in the European Union, the delivery time may be extended by several business days.

Shipping provider

Orders are shipped with DHL.

Delays

If a delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed without undue delay.
