Classic menswear has always meant more to us than well-cut suits and fine ties. It also represents a certain way of carrying yourself — not as a matter of clothing, but of character.
With the Gentleman Values Collection, we wanted to explore exactly that idea. This collection was not inspired by a season, a place or a particular style. Instead, we asked ourselves a simple question: Which qualities do we associate with a gentleman?
The answers led to seven values. Values we consider timeless and which shape this collection. Each tie therefore carries the Italian name of one of them: Coraggio, Passione, Speranza, Portamento, Serenità, Rispetto and Tenacia.
We deliberately chose the Italian names as a tribute to Italy — the origin of our production and the country in which every SKOKO tie is made. They also reflect the Italian elegance and craftsmanship that have been part of the brand from the beginning.
Each tie tells its own story.
CORAGGIO | Courage
Coraggio was one of the first names we chose for the collection. Nothing begins without courage. Every new path starts with a decision, even when the outcome is still uncertain. Coraggio is a reminder of exactly that.
PASSIONE | Passion
Passion is what can turn good work into exceptional work. It shows in the desire to do things carefully, to invest time in details and not to settle for average. That is why this tie carries the name Passione.
SPERANZA | Hope
Not every path is straightforward. In those moments, hope is often what keeps us moving. Speranza stands for looking ahead and trusting that patience and perseverance matter.
PORTAMENTO | Poise
Portamento is an Italian word that is difficult to capture with a single English term. It describes how a person carries themselves, behaves and treats others. To us, that is an essential part of being a gentleman.
SERENITÀ | Composure
Composure does not mean that everything goes perfectly. It means remaining calm and thoughtful even when things become difficult. That calm is often one of the greatest strengths a person can have.
RISPETTO | Respect
Respect is rarely found in grand gestures. It shows in the way we treat people every day. It does not depend on who is standing in front of us, but on how we choose to meet them. To us, respect is one of the defining qualities of a gentleman.
TENACIA | Tenacity
Most goals are not reached overnight. It is the accumulation of small steps, setbacks and the determination to continue that ultimately makes the difference. That is what Tenacia stands for.
